Goals, dreams, aspirations. The driving force. Your motivation. The way forward. Or backwards. The thing worth failing countless times for. Something so abstract, yet so clear in your imagination. You want it, you yearn it. You work hard for it. You fall hard because of it. You walk back up, cos giving up is harder than falling itself. You falter. Unsure. Detractors tell you it's pointless. Not worth it. You're better off doing this, than that. Maybe so. Keep those words in mind, but never allow them to cloud your goal. Some people mean well. Others just want to see you fail. A symptom of their failure at achieving their own goals. Fall one, fall all. You won't join the pile of failures at the bottom. Rise up. Look up. Reach out. It's closer than you think. Your true friends will push you from below. Even if it means reaching their own goals slightly later. Or never at all. The goal is there. Take it, it's yours.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Friends (and foes) who know me well enough should at the very least know that I have the biggest obsession with the now defunct TV series, The OC. I am so obsessed with that show that during its heydays as the definitive teen drama series, I imagined life here in the sunny island of Singapore could not be too different from the US county of the same name. For a start, there was my group of four very awesome friends whom I always pretended to be just like the famous foursome in the aforementioned show. The character that I relate to most is the laidback, social outcast Seth Cohen. I think, for the most part, his fashion sense is very synonymous with my own. And for that, he is inspiration.
I found this website which allows users to create some sort of pictorial wishlist. Some of the published works look like a page out of a fashion magazine. Really awesome stuff. Go check it out and create your own shizzle.

its dangerous la, unsafe la, ppl die la..
NOWADAYS u can die by even eating Rojak.. WTH.
no no, i think none of u get it.
u see.. Life is all about gamble. u lose some, u win some.
but none of u understand my Love for Bangkok, well maybe izad does.
The Place, the sites, the people, culture, livestyle, food and shopping (aahhh orgasmic)..
ITS FREAKING AWESOME..
The Kingdom of Thailand draws more visitors than any other country in southeast Asia with its irresistible combination of breathtaking natural beauty, inspiring temples, renowned hospitality, robust cuisine and ruins of fabulous ancient kingdoms. Few countries are so well endowed.
Bangkok is such a gem of its own.
* Food food food..
wad can i say.
Mango cum rice pudding/Phad Thai/grilled prawns and squids/deep fried chicken skins/tom yum/green curry chicken with piping hot steamed rice etc etc etc.
even Thai Express cant come near their food. well they're almost there, but not there totally.
*Siam Street market:
If u don haf the time to go Chatuchak AKA JJ(jatujak they call it).
then u must hit this Siam Street, its across SIAM PARAGON, SIAM DISCOVERY CENTRE ETC.
they haf cheap buys and good stuffs.
LET IT BE KNOWN MAHATHIR N IZAD got their Ed Hardy belt here which cost 400Baht ($16), and stp pretending its from The Hereen, suck my toes!
and why i like this place. most boutiques haf clothes MY size. well. aku bukan la gemok badak! but im not that small either.
and we noe one of the sales girl was Super Hitting On Izad. carressing his chest, peeping in when Izad was trying on the pants.. carressing him again, and again and again and gave an Orgasmic "Ooouuuiii"" to him..
*Chatuchak AKA JJ (Jatujak they call it):
Most stalls only open on Saturdays and Sundays.
The market offers a wide variety of products including household items, clothing, Thai handicrafts, religious artifacts, collectibles, foods, and live animals.
If bargain-hunting gives you an adrenalin rush, get ready for a head-spinning, earth-moving experience. Conquering this massive market is no easy feat though. The reward for taking a lot of patience along - together with a bottle of water - is that you can find pretty much anything here.
trust me they haf EVERYTHING. i knew a fren who wanted to buy EVERYTHING, even the nonsensicle ones.. like a sewing machine like a stapler, a Toothpaste Tube squeezer, cushion covers, personalised keychain etc etc.
the place is ssooooooo huge u NEED to go both saturday and sunday.
*School girls:
Simple. Cute School Girls + Uber Hot Uniform. this girls aren't scantily clad, they wear white top, black skirt.. but they are very individualitic. very cute. and NO! i don go for Kids. its the fashion sense which amazes me!
*Mambo Cabaret Show:
Its a drag show which ive been 3 times and ALL three times they show the SAME OLD THING,
but the guys-who-became-girls are HOT, not sexually attracted to them but the beauty awed me.
And Izad loves the "Hot -Mega Bitch-Whom-I'm-Pretty-Sure-All-Others-Are-Jealous-Off-And-Wanna-Rip-Her-Fake-Boobs-Apart" Eva Longoria-look alike. (see izad's/mu FB pix for her).
*Baiyoke Sky Hotel:
No hotel has beaten this one!
the valuable price. The super spacious Room. The buffet spread (which izad soooo bengap bout e fishball noodles).
we plainly shout BAAAAIIIIIIIYYYYOOOOOKKKKEEEEE.
maybe now u all will understand my love for Bangkok. well partially.
Till den,
ประสงค์และพระองค์เป็นในกรุงเทพมหานครเดี๋ยวนี้.
Woof woof.

I started off this week with a mission - to screw everything else and bury my lazy self in books and notes in preparation for the impending doom next week...EXAMS! It is already the end of the week now, and I cannot proudly say that I've covered much ground. I missed way too many lectures as it is, yet I am still not worried. There are much more important things that I'd rather spend my time on, which I did. I spent time with F on Friday and Saturday, and that, I think, means so much more to me than some grade. I might be too hopeful here, but I'm sure I'll pull through somehow.
If not, then life still goes on. I shall deny a bad grade to affect my life, like how some other students I know do. They'll squeeze a rock for an extra point just to get that coveted A. That's just pathetic really. I'm disgusted by my fellow peers who beg our lecturers for marks. I especially hate those who already have an A- or a stable B, but will not be satisfied till their papers are upgraded to an A. I've seen way too many instances of this happening ever since primary school that eventually, I do not really blame these poor souls for their insatiable hunger for straight As.
I blame it on The System, a traditional product of our rigid Government. Amongst its many flaws, our educational system breeds elitism, and I am living in an age where the effects of this miscalculated, misconstrued, cancerous and bothersome system are permeating my life. I do not have to look farther than the typical student in my class - the classic victim of The System. Unless the Government comes up with a complete overhaul, students everywhere, and eventually society as a whole will not stop falling over each other to reach the ever rising summit.
